About
As the owner, and chef, I have been cranking out Authentic Sicilian cuisine for the past 50 years. I have been calling Lititz, Pennsylvania home for the last nine years where I have focused on my career and passion as a chef and culinary educator teaching the history and recipes of Southern Italian and Sicilian cuisine.
